This greatly simplifies installation and uses minimal space. Multiple Deployment Options: With no PV solar panels attached while connected to the utility power grid and battery storage, the unit can function as a power backup source during load shedding or unforeseen utility power failures. The unit can also operate as a hybrid solar storage solution connected to the utility power grid or a generator to assist with charging the batteries when solar levels are low or as an off-grid pure solar storage solution with only the solar panels connected to charge the batteries. The internal electronics and AC relay arrangement make it physically impossible for the inverter to feed power towards the grid or generator.
